Happy House Movers offers limited insurance coverage for your belongings during a move. We advise all customers to get moving insurance to fully protect themselves and their items. To learn more, please contact us directly.

Basic Coverage (60 cents per pound per article)

Basic Coverage is included in the hourly rate at no extra charge to the customer. This option provides payment for the lost or damaged item(s) at $0.60 per pound per article. We reserve the right to inspect and/or attempt to repair the damage.

Actual Cash Value

This option provides for recovery for lost or damaged items based on an actual cash value (depreciated value) at the  time of loss or damage, up to the total dollar amount of value declared by the customer. We reserve the right to inspect and/or attempt to repair the damage. This coverage charge is: $0.95 per $100 (maximum value $5000)
